Description
An egret is any of several herons, most of which are white or buff, and several of which develop fine plumes (usually milky white) during the breeding season.
The distinction between a heron and an egret is rather vague, and depends more on appearance than biology.
This yellow-billed egret also known as intermediate egret, median egret or smaller egret is a medium-sized heron.
Many nations have established their tourism sector around their natural wildlife. This wild egret was captured in National Park of Chobe, Botswana.
